About Me

I am an accredited member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and am bound by and adhere to their ethical framework.

In general, my approach is psychodynamic.  I value the uniqueness and potential of each person, and believe we have the ability to adapt and change throughout our lifetime.  I am convinced our early relationships will have shaped who we are today.

My experience includes working in education, as an associate counsellor for a local agency and working in GP surgeries.  I am currently in private practice and work for employee-assist programmes.
